You can also rent a car at the airport and ride to Beaver Creek (130 miles). HOWEVER: Once in Beaver Creek, there is a complimentary shuttle service for all guests staying in the resort, so a car is not needed. Guests may ask their lodging concierge to arrange pick-up or drop-off times anywhere within the resort, or call Village Transportation to make arrangements at: (970) 949-1938 A car will be needed in two occasions (Rafting day and Piney Lake Ranch): you can rent them in the town of Avon.
